Welcome to the Jamieson Way!

Located inside the Tuscan Hills Gated community. A gorgeous two story villa with 4 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms), 3 1/2 bathrooms, pool and spa. Beautifully decorated to the highest standard! 10 min from Disney, golf courses and shopping.

Flat screens throughout the home, featuring a private pool and spa, cable TV and wireless internet. Two master en suites, one located downstairs, the other upstairs, both featuring king size beds, and LCD TV's. The Disney themed room has Mickey and all his friends in the room to give the kids a warm welcome. Finally, the kids lounge room; two twin beds, a futon, bean bag, flat screen TV, and an Xbox 360.

Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has gas pool heat which requires a minimum of 3 consecutive days.

Please adhere to parking rules and notices in the community. Only 2 compact vehicles per home on driveway. No Street Parking, your vehicle will be towed at your own expense:

Excellent Villa

"Very well kept 4 bedroom,3.5 bathroom house with a lovely pool and hot tub. Very quiet gated community and only a one minute walk to the community gym and tennis/pickleball court. A great house for an Orlando vacation. Highly recommend and we will be back!

"The house was spacious and had a nice patio with a pool. They had extra towels for us but were stingy with toilet paper and paper towels. House was dusty but overall was nice. The front door sometimes wouldn’t accept the key code but does work after a few tries! The pool door has an alarm that would set off every time you’d come out/in so it was annoying at times. Other than that the experience was good and is not much of a far drive from the parks and recreational areas.

Spacious well equipped villa in quiet surroundings

"We enjoyed our stay at this villa , there was plenty of space , towels , bedding , and the whole place was very well equipped , the kitchen was particularly good . Our only comments would be that the pool furniture was a bit basic and there was only one sun lounger . The place had been cleaned, however it must have been several weeks before we arrived because the dust was thick on all the tables which was a bit disappointing. The bathrooms were clean . The pool area could do with a bit of a clean too , there were several lizard skeletons lying around . There were strict rules about the trash but we found that there wasn’t a recycling bin anyway, but Eagle came and kindly collected it . None of this detracted from our holiday and we would recommend Tuscan Villas. The location is great , near to Publix and Walmart and lovely and quiet .

Great unit especially if you need 2 master bedrooms

"This unit was great and exactly what we expected. It is perfect for a group that needs 2 master bedrooms. Very clean and well taken care of - the management team contacted me multiple times just to see if I needed anything. Only negatives are that the driveway is small and awkward especially for a big truck (not a big deal), the unit is a little farther away than other places I've rented (but still no more than 20 minutes) and the mattresses were strangely loud when you would lie down in bed (but still comfortable). Now if you plan on staying here you know everything that may surprise you - otherwise the unit was perfect!

"We enjoyed our stay. Very close to Disney parks, and close to stores/ restaurants. The pool was great, too. Only issue was that all the beds were very squeaky and shook if you turned over. Other than that they were comfortable. I would recommend this home.

Great rental

"There were only two issues that we had with the rental unit. The hot tub was not heated. We were not sure if we were supposed to request that or not. The other was that the unit had a tendency to stay warm. I understand the weather is different in Florida. A quick trip to Walmart to buy a fan made it somewhat better. Would rent again.

"Our family really enjoyed our stay again this year! This villa is equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable vacation. We especially appreciated having the afternoon sun over the pool area which extends our time in the pool and hot tub. It's evident that the owners take pride in the general upkeep of the villa (we noticed some updates such as new flooring, since the last visit & the property looked 'fresh' unlike some other places we've rented on multiple occasions). We would confidently return here again.
