Welcome to the Casa Dominica!

Custom designed home with a Florida vacation in mind located in Solara Resort. Not a better option for your next Central Florida vacation. There is attention to theme and design everywhere you turn, and your group of family and friends will appreciate this vacation spot for sure! Casa Dominica has 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths and over 3500 square feet of space. The home is 2-stories with 2 downstairs bedrooms and the remaining 5 upstairs.

Casa Dominica has fun packed in all the right places. Fly into the movies! The garage has been converted into a custom airplane themed movie theater complete with roomy movie seats and projection TV onto a huge screen. The loft is another space where vacation is top of mind. This play area has a swanky vibe with a pool table and custom bar that is a perfect family gathering spot.

"My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving at the property. The home was very spacious and accommodated all our individual needs. We played pool upstairs and lounged in the warm pool downstairs. We especially enjoyed our movie nights in the theater.

"This was the perfect place for a little family reunion with 6 boys under 8! The perfect spot for families…it says a lot that we were 15 mins to Disney and they all just wanted to stay at the house to play! As mentioned, they only give starter amenities (1 dishwasher packet, 1 laundry detergent, etc) so if staying for more than a few days with a lot of people, you will need to run to the store! Communication was clear and fast. We had a very small issue getting in, after hours, and they were quickly responsive and helpful! Would absolutely stay again, the kids are already asking to go back!

"We’ve stayed at multiple rentals and this home stood out the most! The house and amenities were great! The pictures are one thing but when I walked into the home, I was in awe of its beauty. Silly but I was so happy that there was an air fryer!!! Plenty of tableware. Knives were sharp. Beds were super comfortable and the sheets were soft and fluffy. I was extremely happy with the home. AC was working great. Water pressure was great! All in all, everything was perfect! Definitely planning to stay here again.

"Overall a good property to stay and this one is near to the Disney and little away from universal. Place was well equipped with all amenities and only thing which we missed out was having heater on in the pool. Will surely consider this property in our future plans. "Fantastic house, great location, Super comfy beds and pillows. Overall we had a blast. We would stay here again. What an Awesome place to stay. My family and I loved the house and all it had to offer. The Beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Thank you for that. Great location, new and clean. Resorts Waterpark area was fantastic as well for those off park days. We would easily stay there again.

"We were so surprised with how beautiful the house was. We traveled with three different family units and had lots of space to spread out and have our pick of bedrooms. The themed rooms, especially The Nintendo room, was amazing. Our kid never wanted to leave! My husband and I enjoyed the Movie Theater almost every night and loved the theme. The pool and hot tub was really nice, too. The house was extremely clean and well cared for. We can’t wait to book our next stay and enjoy more of the great amenities the house has to offer! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! We can’t wait to visit again!

"This place was fantastic! Just like the pictures and very clean! We loved everything about it and especially the movie theater room! The owners were very quick to respond to all my questions before we got there and even during our stay. We just used the pool at the house instead. Other than that- our stay was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

"The house is spacious. The theater room was everyones favorite part of the house. Everyone also enjoyed the pool area. There were a few cosmetic issues that need to be addressed such as chipped paint in the Mario kids room and the game room. There were ants in the Mario kids room due to this the kids were not able to sleep in there. Also ants in the upstairs master suite. We let management know they got pest control to come out and spray. For the inconvenience we were given a discount. The trash can in the kitchen was very small for such a large home and so many people. Other than that we really enjoyed the house.

"We really enjoyed this house. It was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. The grandkids really enjoyed their themed rooms, the private pool as well as the resort’s splash pool. The movie room was great. That said we would happily stay here again. It is close to stores and restaurants as well as Disney if you are doing that.

"The home was even better than expected. Everyone in our group was impressed. We only wished we had allowed more time at the house. At Disney, our kids begged to go back to the house, they loved it so much. It was clean and well equipped. You have to stock the house with most everything, so don’t expect salt, excess paper towels, but that was clearly stated. The theatre was super impressive and we loved watching a movie. If you are excited about the hot tub, know it isn’t heated. My kids were slightly bummed about this, but I didn’t feel this was a misrepresentation as it was clearly stated it cost money to heat the pool. Also, it was so hot the week we visited, I can’t imagine getting into hot water.

"The house is huge, clean, and brand new. We had a lot of fun swimming in the pool, and the kids enjoyed the pool table / Mario room with slide, games, and all the space to play. The resort looked really nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it. The drive was about 20 minutes to Disney, a little further than I thought based on the location tagged on the listing, but there was no traffic so it was fine. We had a couple questions and the company was very responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful vacation and we'd happily stay here again!

"This place was perfect for our family get-a-way! Big enough for several games of hide-n-seek, beautiful decor, the accent pieces were awesome! (I literally started looking at tags so I could find some accent pieces for home). Either I didn't read the fine print or the Airbnb ad truly undersold this place. Be sure to check out the on resort splash pad, pool and park....next time we'll do the campfire smores too!
