Each unit is authorized with a maximum of Three Vehicles. These three cars must be in your driveway; we ask for two cars to be vertical and one horizontal on the back. All cars must be registered with the clubhouse. No overnight street or Clubhouse parking. Cars violating parking rules will be towed at guest expense.

""House was clean and comfortable. Loved have the store right down the street and the resort was great. Check in was easy and front desk was very helpful. Loved being able to go relax in the hot tub and pool after a very long couple of days at Disney & SeaWorld. Close to so many parks and events without being in the middle of town. Would definitely stay again if we came back to Florida.

"We will absolutely stay here again and again. We loved this place so much we added another day to our stay. The rooms were clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the host responded almost immediately if we had any questions. The amenities were great. This is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. We cannot wait to stay again. We had more than enough room for the 6 people that were with us!

"Just a suggestion: We would have loved to sit outside, so available Patio Furniture would have been great! Some of the blinds are in bad shape. The ensuite bath tubs both had a very slow drain while showering. We did enjoy the size of the Town House and we were very happy with the cleanliness.

Very pleased with the vacation home

"We were very pleased with the accommodations at Regal Palms Townhome for our family. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked with appliances, tastefully decorated, reasonable rates and lots of room, beds and bathrooms with showers and baths. Also - there were unexpected perks like a baby car seat and bath. We were also very pleased with response from maintenance when we had a problem. Notes for future: - the lighting could be significantly improved. There is no overhead light in the bedrooms and the lighting is dim. Same for living room. The dining area is well-lit. - it would help to have shades in the bedrooms to keep sun from coming in and lighting the room in the mornings. - it would be helpful to have instructions on how to set the temperature in the home. However, the office was very responsive to resetting the temperature so that did help.

"Will definitely stay again The size of the condo was perfect, we stayed in the 4 bdrm 3 1/2 ba. Everything we needed to start our stay was there when we arrived, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, hair dryer, ironing board, wash clothes towels, etc. We really enjoyed the water park. Shopping was very convenience, some within walking distance. You park right at your front door. There was a out door grill next to our patio. The only complaint I had was the kitchen. The coffee maker was dated and not clean (I like a cup of coffee 1st thing in the morning) the toaster was old and had cracks on the outside was afraid to use it. The refrigerator freezer was not working but it was immediately fixed. Overall everything was great. stopper was broken, the refrigerator freezer was not working (called office and frig was fixed immediately.)
