Welcome To The Sunjammer!

This two-story property in the Retreat at Legacy Park offers four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a delightful games room. The entry features a spacious seating area and dining space for six. The family room includes two sofas (one is a sofa sleeper), a 40" flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a 5 CD changer. The fully equipped kitchen has a bar area and a dining table for 4, with patio doors leading to the rear. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a King-size bed, 14" TV, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, corner tub, separate shower, single basin, and WC. Bedroom two features a Queen bed, 18" TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. Themed with animal prints, bedroom three has twin beds, a 14" TV, and a double closet. Bedroom four, with a Hello Kitty theme, includes twin beds, a double closet, and a 14" TV. A family bathroom with bath/shower, single basin, and WC completes the upper level. The rear boasts a fully screened private pool with a spacious patio and a security fence. For convenience, a crib, high chair, stroller, and safe are provided, along with FREE WIFI. "This place was SO MUCH better than we all expected. I saw the pictures on the website and was satisfied with what I saw there but once I opened the door...??!!! I was floored. This home was so beautiful, clean, organized and well put together. I was very impressed. This was my first AirBnB stay ever and if they all provide this I will continue to use AirBnB homes for my vacation. if you choose this location you will not be disappointed in what you see. I felt safe. There was no loud noise; the neighbors were nice and the area was very close to what we needed...WALMART!!!!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and we will definitely be back.

"This house was great. We spent about 1.5 months here in the summer and loved the place. The pool was awesome and the house was great for our family of 4. Plenty of room for each of us to have some space. The game room was nice for the kids. Kitchen is huge and well enough outfitted. Although the stove burners seemed to be full on hot on any setting. Neighborhood was nice, neighbors are close and all the houses have pools so expect some noise. Loved it.

"We had a fabulous stay at 324 Aldridge Drive in Davenport! The house was spotless and well equipped. The pool had great sun in the afternoon and was very clean. There are loungers there and an outside table. Eagle Management staff were very attentive and helpful!

"The tvs in the upstairs bedrooms are way to small it was hard to even watch tv once you went into the rooms , and the ac thermostat being locked is a bit much the temperature wasn’t really comfortable for all being that I had a newborn and a 1 year old traveling with me. But the house was clean and the neighborhood is quite .

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to know that you were not pleased with the sizes of the tvs in the bedrooms. We will make the suggestion to the owner to upgrade those to a bigger size. As far as the AC goes, the thermostat is set to operate between 72 and 78. This avoids the AC unit freezing up and causing unnecessary costs to guests an downers for maintenance calls and repairs. This is a comfortable level for most guests. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay otherwise and hope to see you back soon!

"everyone loved how the house looked and how clean it was except for some towels. the pool is always warm and ready to jump in and it’s a good size pool. there are no condiments at all or soap in the house. just one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and that’s all you’ll find. The house is 40min drive to universal. almost forgot to mention is hard to use to the game room since there’s no ventilation there. it’s always hot and humid inside the game room.

"Nice House, easy problem the air condition, is pre set up to 74F, too hot to sleep. I recommend to set it at 70F to sleep, and 72F in the day. The TV in the master is model year 60, Can buy 50" TV is cheaper. and in the other rooms worse.

"this home has everything you need! there are 2 family sitting areas and a large screened in pool area where the whole family can get together. what a treat! It is a nice walk to the grocery store but with the hot sun, we chose to drive most days! its a convenient area and we will back in the winter to visit again! Cant beat the prices for a big family!

We have seen a lot more people riding bikes now that the sidewalks are completed - so much safer to get where you need to go! "We had so much fun beautiful house pool was great. The only thing that was a downfall was the pots and pans are old. There was no serving bowls and one of the burners on the stove didn't work. This did not change the excellent vacation we had.

"The house was wonderful and we loved the bonus room in the garage. Great area for family to relax and enjoy some great fun! The heat went out first night and the management company was quick to respond so we didn't freeze the second and third night. Weather was a bummer so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, but the house was a great place to stay and wasn't too far from the Disney area and 192.

"Thank you for having us at 324 ALSunjammer. We enjoyed everything from the house especially the pool. The kids were satisfied with their rooms. There are only two things that we have a complaint about. The bed in the master room was horrible, PLEASE upgrade the mattress, after doing parks all day coming home to a shower and a confy bed is all you think about and, unfortunately the bed didn't do it's job. It is caved in the middle so as I laid on my side and my husband on his we were both lop sided towards the middle. The second thing that didn't help was the temperature at night. It was hot and what made it worse is that we couldn't adjust our fan to go any higher. Another fan in that room would have been great. Thank you all again for a fun stay, overall we were happy with thhe house.
