Welcome To the Atlantis Villa!

This is a 2400 sq ft vacation home with 4 bedrooms and a private pool in a gated community. The home is 2-story with the common areas downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. The pool deck is semi-private with lush tropical plants surrounding the full screen enclosure. The paver lined pool deck is spacious for soaking up the sun. The High Grove community is centrally located in Southern Lake County, just off the 27 and 192 junctions, so getting around is a breeze.

NOTE: Pool and spa usage at own risk. Pool and spa heating are recommended from Oct through May to enhance the enjoyment of your pool. Pool heating is not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days @$30 plus tax per day. It is encouraged to request pool heating in advance of your arrival so that the pool is warm when you arrive. This home has a spa that can be heated separately from the pool. "Amazing House! Didn’t want to leave it at all. We had two minor upsets, dealing with the pool. Every time we’ll open the pool door the alarm goes off. Also we had an issue with the Master Room Television, and gate code. Don’t get me wrong the house is totally worth it ! You’ll love it, as much as we did. Thanks for the hospitality once again.

"We moved to this house after another house did not meet our expectations. The ORaV management company was very responsive. The house was large, with an ideal layout, in a safe gated community. A nice surprise was the clubhouse (Mini-golf and video games) and the staff was fantastic (Mike is friendly and hilarious)! Location was decent, with shopping and groceries nearby. The house had everything we needed for our family. There was an issue with the pool heater, but the management company worked hard to rectify the situation and make it right. We would recommend this AirBnB.

"We totally enjoyed our stay. Basically, the property was as it was represented, clean, spacious and in a wonderful community. The only downer, was the insects. I understand that in a tropical climate bugs happen. However, I feel this unit could benefit from better pest control. Still a great experience that fit our needs.

"we found this place comfortable enough for us. We did not find it easy to get to Walmart because you have to make a turn around in order to get back to it, but we got used to it. The gated community and additional amenities made our stay that much better.

Great end to our road trip

"We met some friends for 4 nights at this property. It was clean and homey. The pool was nice though some noodles and pool toys would of been appreciated. We did not use the games room because the pool table was leaning so badly the balls all ended up in one corner. There was notes on everything, 1 said to start laundry but no laundry detergent left. Another on a huge old fashioned TV was very passive aggressive about replacement value. TBH all the TVs in the bedrooms could of been better, the master suite TV was maybe 12" None of this distracted from our stay as we were so busy out of the house. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.
