Welcome to the Tropical Paradise Villa!

Located in the desired, luxury, guard gated golf resort community of Champions Gate in the Disney area, this 2,842 sft 5 bedroom pool/spa home has 4.5 bath and luxurious tropical landscaping with a game room designed to sleep up to 15 people.

Tropical Paradise is a 2 story home that has been recently updated for a fresh modern look throughout. There is a master suite and common areas, including game room, downstairs with another master suite and 3 more bedrooms and loft upstairs. A total of 8 Smart 4K TVs are there throughout the home for Cable TV and watching your favorite movies and programs on your subscription with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ etc.

As you enter the home you will be impressed with the open floor plan, which allows for plenty of ambient light to come through. The kitchen, living and dining rooms all overlook the pool area for great views throughout the day. The very spacious kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is nicely equipped so you are able to prepare meals at home, rather than spending a fortune dining out every meal. There is seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The dining room has a table and seating for 8. The living room has sectional seating and a 75” 4K Smart TV. Internet Speed 400Mbps

The space themed games room has a portable AC to help keep you cool from the hot temperatures and a 55” 4K Smart TV. Your family will enjoy the extra fun provided for you with a ping pong, pool table, as well as a foosball game.

There are 2 master suites, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs that both feature a king bed and en suite baths. The remaining 3 bedrooms are a king bedroom, a lightly themed room with a twin/full size bunk bed and a twin bed; lastly, a lightly themed Disney room with 2 twin/full bunk beds. One of those is a twin/twin size bunk and the other is a twin/full size bunk bed. The loft area has a 75” 4K Smart TV and sofa seating for an extra area of relaxation and get-together.

The pool area is fully screened in and has amazing privacy from the tropical foliage that surrounds the home. There is a pool and spa for your fun in the Florida sun. Enjoy outdoor dining with seating for 6 as well as sofa seating poolside. There are 6 sun loungers for your use. The downstairs master bath offers poolside access for convenience. Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has an electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days.

The on-site facilities at Champions Gate are exceptional. There is an 18 hole golf course, clubhouse with fitness center, yoga/aerobic studio, children's play room, gaming arcade, movie theater, internet/business room, bar/restaurant and concierge desk as well as a circular communal swimming pool, private pool rooms, tiki bar, children's splash zone, water slide, lazy river and beach volleyball court.

Champions Gate shops and restaurants are within 5 minutes drive and Posner Park open air mall is about 10 minutes away.

"Fantastic stay! The house was spotlessly clean and the pool area, surrounded by lush greenery, felt private and serene. Loved the convenience of being close to Disney parks and supermarkets. The game room with pool, ping pong, and foosball tables was a hit with my family. Highly recommend!

My new favorite Orlando vacation home

"From the location to the decoration this house had all I could ever want in a vacation home. I was blown away by the interior design and the overall vibe of the house during my stay, it has modern dishes and decoration which are way nicer than any other house I've stayed at, it also has a blender which I loved to make my protein shakes. Another thing that I loved was the heated pool with we used I think everyday during our stay. It's hard to put into words but the owner really just sets up the house in a welcoming way, there were a bunch of supplies like trash bags and paper towels already setup for us and a little paper band on the toilet saying that it had been professionally disinfected wich as a Germaphobe really gave me some peace of mind. Overall I would give this house 110% if I could and I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in Orlando.

"This place was absolutely immaculate!!! Upon entering, I had an interactive board that said welcome with my name! I felt so very special!! ☺️ Modern, spacious, and serene! The blender was broke when I arrived and as you, because of vacation, frozen mixed drinks are a MUST, they replaced it within 10 hours!!! I will be booking here in the future!!! This particular address as well!

"This was our first time using Airbnb and it was a great first experience. The management company was very easy to communicate with and they answered all of our questions. The house was so nice that my children did not want to go home. They provided plenty of towels, and the welcome bag was full of necessities. We would definitely stay here again.

"This place is awesome. All of the Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in the past have always lacked on towels which was a bit of an inconvenience for us since we have small children that like to take a dip in the pool every half hour, not these guys they had at least 25-30 towels maybe more in the house. Also their dishes, cookware and utensils were all of good quality and with plenty to spare. The outdoor space is like you’re in a jungle as they have planted lots of tropical trees, plants and shrubs around the netted in enclosure making it a very private. As well outside they have added a nice patio set with cushions. They are very quick to respond to any messages as well! Thank you Eagle for the great stay!
